1) Width is in the range of 300mm to 2300 mm;

2) Thickness is from 8mm to 30mm;

3) Length of the finished joint plate from butt welding can be up to 30m;

4) Material of plates for butt joining can be carbon steel, stainless steel, or Al alloy;

5) No Beveling: When thickness of plates is in the range of 6~ 12mm, the plates can be flat joint in the Plate Butt Joining Machine directly;

6) Beveling Necessary: When thickness of plates is in the range of 12~ 30mm, the plates need to be edge beveled first, then have butt joining by means of SAW (Submerged arc welding) melt thru butt welding in Plate Butt Joint Welding Machine.
